About This Course

This course is designed to introduce new members to the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC). By the end of the course, participants will have a basic understanding of PSAC's strucure, services, and governance at the local, component, regional, and national levels. Participants will also explore a diversity of ways that they can get involved in their union.

Course Level

Basic - Basic Courses are open to all PSAC members. They introduce a topic. There are no prerequisite courses and learners do not require any previous knowledge or experience in the subject. The knowledge and skills learners gain will prepare them to participate in our union and to take further education.
